Cutting edge mesh technology
Established in 1934, NBC Meshtec Inc. began operations by producing mesh for separating powder into different particle sizes. Later, this business was expanded to incorporate mesh cloth operations for screen-printing. In conjunction with its expansion in electronics, NBC Meshtec developed screens for high-precision printing and has continued to flexibly meet the needs of its users. In parallel with this, NBC Meshtec Inc.'s activities spread to supplying technology for use in the automotive, communications, household appliances, medical and environment industries. Later, the company expanded into applications for the electronic parts. Currently, NBC Meshtec Inc. manufactures several thousand products, with its technology used in over 40 countries. |

Becoming a global player and technology leader
In the coming years, NBC Meshtec Inc. will strive toward increasing its share of the world screen-printing mesh market. The company already has about a 25% share of the global market for printing screens and will actively seek to increase this share even further. To achieve this goal, the company has established a sales company in the US, a representative office in Europe and a manufacturing plant in Indonesia, and is beginning to implement a strategy of increased marketing efforts in the United States, European and Chinese markets. On the technology front, NBC Meshtec Inc. has developed V-Screen, a next generation screen that brings to life a fiber of spectacularly high strength and elasticity. This has been the result of blending a new liquid crystal polyarylate fiber called super fiber with NBC Meshtec Inc.’s unique mesh technology. Commercial production is now underway. NBC Meshtec Inc. anticipates the needs of the global market and pushes the unlimited possibilities of their cutting-edge mesh technology. |
